Our bodies were designed to heal themselves. Often, we find ourselves injured, under chronic stress, sleep deprived, aching, or just plain tired and our bodies need help getting into that rest & relaxation zone. Massage is the perfect way to help our bodies do what they were designed to do.
I love massage! I guess it's the nurturer inside me, but I've always been so gratified and so very fulfilled after a great session with someone who I know was truly helped. I strive to make sure each and every client with each and every session gets into that "zone" of rest and receives the very most in their massage session whatever their needs are.
With 20 years of providing professional massage therapy, you can be secure you are in good hands! I always take care of my clients, making sure to customize each massage to their needs, respect their modesty, and allow time for questions and concerns at each session.
